It's decent hotel, we liked luxurious rooms and prime location. The staff is approaching, caring. Breakfast is generous, lots of food. Spotless venue and friendly service.

The hotel was beautifully kept, had lovely views and spectacular location near restaurants and the beach and bars. The room was tasteful and welcoming, the beds were very comfy. Staff was easygoing, with nice attitude. Condado district won't disappoint you. I loved my excellent stay here and would recomand this property.

Spotless and funky place with fabulous staff. I stayed at the a double room with ocean view. There was lots of great options for continental breakfast. The weather was beautiful, had special stay.

Fantastic value hotel with heated pool and cozy location next to the beach, cafes, Old San Juan. The staff was not rude, genuinely helpful, and everything was spotless. I liked the room, it was updated, had soft bed and large bathroom. A continental breakfast was awesome, included decent dishes.

Staff was useful, incredibly convenient location in a perfect area. Food was good with lots of alternatives. Room was well done & air conditioned. The pool was lovely and the garden - beautiful.

Booked it for 1 day and had a perfectly pleasant experience. Fine, 3-star hotel with accommodating staff and free wifi. You wo n't be disappointed if you stay in Condado district. They put safety first, offer smoke detectors in rooms. The early check-in process too.

Staff and location are superb, I enjoyed staying here. Big room, relaxing bed and clean bathroom.

Peaceful stay in the secure area. Loved this place, it was perfectly clean and had exceptional location and stuff. Took a walk around city center, located not too far from the hotel.

Brilliantly helpful staff, WELCOMING service, marvellous views. A queen room was reasonably priced and I loved it. Food was excellent - lots of options. Fast check in and late check out.

location close to the beach. for evening meal i visited chloe, since it was feet from the hotel. appreciated my stay, would book again.

We were within walking distance of the beach...

Will be returning here soon, if in San Juan. We greatly enjoyed location and staff. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

The hotel was GREAT, as you can expect from San Juan.
